The hotel has rooms with two single beds pushed together in block A, accessible via a narrow staircase or a small lift. The rooms felt slightly damp but understandable due to the heavy rain. The service was exceptional, from the lovely maid to the remembered drink orders. The location is excellent, close to the Pine Walk and other amenities, but the pool layout could be improved. The dining options were varied, although there was an extra charge for tea or coffee after dinner. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff and great value for money.
